Swap Meet - May 9-10, 2025

Welcome to our Community Swap Meet! We’re thrilled to have you join us and can’t wait for you to discover all the unique treasures waiting to be found.

• Admission: $5 per person at the door. We accept both cash and card for your convenience.
• Event Dates and Hours: May 9th & 10th, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

If you purchase a large item, you’ll be able to drive to Gate 3B, located near the main Admin Office entrance at the north end of the hall, to load your items easily.

• Commercial items, MLM products (like Tupperware or Scentsy), and big-ticket items (like home improvement services or appliances) are not a fit for this event.

• Space Assignment: Spaces will be assigned by the event coordinator.
• Tables and Chairs: Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables and chairs. Rentals are available if requested in advance.
• Signage Approval: Any signage placed on Expo grounds must be pre-approved. Unapproved signs are subject to removal.
• ATM Availability: An ATM is available onsite for your convenience.
• Setup Times:
  • Thursday, May 8th: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Friday, May 9th: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
• Vehicle Access During Setup:
• Vehicles may enter the grounds during setup but are not permitted inside buildings or on grass.
• You may pull up to the nearest door to unload your items but do not block doors. Once unloaded, please move your vehicle to the designated parking lot.
• Only vehicles with handicap placards may park near the building in designated spots.
• After the event begins, all vehicles must remain in the designated parking lot.
• Customer Pickup: Customers can drive to the west doors of the Hall to pick up large items.
• Load-Out is scheduled for Saturday, May 11th, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
• Early load-out is strictly prohibited. Vendors leaving early will forfeit participation in future swap meets.
• Vehicles will not be permitted back on the grounds until 4:00 PM, once foot traffic has cleared.
• Security: The Expo grounds will be secured and locked each evening. However, the Enumclaw Expo Center is not responsible for any items left overnight.
• Post-Event Cleanup: All items brought to the event must be removed at the end of the swap meet. Do not leave unsold items behind. Failure to comply with this rule may result in disqualification from future events.
